eazywin is the data controller responsible for the personal information you provide when using the Platform. eazywin operates in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as overseen by the National Privacy Commission ("NPC") of the Philippines.

As data controller, eazywin determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data. Where eazywin engages third-party service providers to process data on its behalf, those providers act as data processors and are contractually bound to process data only in accordance with eazywin's instructions and applicable law.

2 Personal Data We Collect

eazywin collects personal data that is necessary to provide the Platform's gaming services, comply with PAGCOR regulatory obligations, and fulfil applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer ("KYC") requirements. The categories of personal data we collect include:

eazywin collects personal data through the following means:

• Directly from you — when you register an Account, complete KYC verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact customer support, or respond to a survey or promotion;
• Automatically — through cookies, session tracking, and server log files when you access and navigate the Platform;
• From payment processors — GCash, Maya, and other payment service providers transmit transaction confirmation data to eazywin upon processing a deposit or withdrawal;

• Legal Obligation — processing required to comply with PAGCOR licensing conditions, Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations, KYC requirements, and other applicable Philippine laws;
• Legitimate Interests — processing carried out to protect the security and integrity of the Platform, prevent fraud, and improve eazywin's services, where such interests are not overridden by your data protection rights;
• Consent — where eazywin sends you marketing communications or uses non-essential cookies, we do so on the basis of your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

5 How eazywin Uses Your Personal Data

eazywin uses the personal data it collects for the following purposes:

• To create, verify, and manage your eazywin Account;
• To process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions via GCash, Maya, and other supported Philippine payment methods;
• To verify your identity and age in compliance with PAGCOR's 21+ age verification requirements;
• To comply with AMLA obligations, including transaction monitoring and suspicious activity reporting where required by law;
• To deliver the games, promotions, and other services available on the eazywin Platform;
• To provide customer support and respond to your queries and complaints;

6 Data Sharing & Disclosure

eazywin does not sell your personal data to third parties. eazywin may disclose your personal data to the following categories of recipients, strictly to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Payment Service Providers — GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other processors to facilitate deposits and withdrawals;
• KYC and Identity Verification Providers — third-party services used to verify government-issued ID documents as required by PAGCOR;
• Fraud Prevention and Security Providers — services that assist eazywin in detecting and preventing fraudulent activity;
• Game Content Providers — licensed studios and live casino operators whose games are available on the Platform may receive session data necessary to operate their games;
• IT and Hosting Providers — cloud infrastructure and hosting providers that store Platform data on eazywin's behalf;
• Regulatory Authorities — PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council ("AMLC"), the National Privacy Commission ("NPC"), and other Philippine government bodies where disclosure is required by law or regulatory obligation;

7 Cookies & Tracking Technologies

eazywin uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform. Cookies are small data files stored on your device that allow the Platform to function correctly, remember your preferences, and collect analytics data.

eazywin uses the following categories of cookies:

• Strictly Necessary Cookies — required for the Platform to operate, including session authentication, login state management, and security. These cannot be disabled.
• Functional Cookies — remember your language preferences, game settings, and other personalisation choices.
• Analytics Cookies — collect aggregated, anonymised data about how Players navigate and use the Platform, used to improve the user experience. These are set only with your consent.
• Security Cookies — detect and prevent fraudulent login attempts and other security threats.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair the functionality of the eazywin Platform, including the ability to log in and place wagers.

8 Data Retention

eazywin retains personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention obligations. The following retention periods apply:

• Account and Identity Data — retained for the duration of your Account and for a minimum of five (5) years following Account closure, in compliance with AMLA and PAGCOR record-keeping requirements;
• Financial Transaction Data — retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, as required by AMLA;
• Gaming Activity Data — retained for a minimum of three (3) years following Account closure;
• Customer Support Records — retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction;
• Technical and Log Data — retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and fraud investigation purposes.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with eazywin's data disposal procedures.

9 Data Security

eazywin implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include:

• TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and eazywin's servers;
• Industry-standard password hashing — eazywin never stores passwords in plaintext;
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, available to all Players and strongly recommended;
• Access controls limiting internal access to personal data on a strict need-to-know basis;
• Regular security assessments and vulnerability testing of the Platform;
• Incident response procedures to detect, contain, and report data security incidents in accordance with NPC notification requirements.

Notwithstanding these measures, no transmission of data over the internet or electronic storage system is completely secure. eazywin cannot guarantee absolute security of your personal data, and you use the Platform at your own risk. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for notifying eazywin immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

10 Your Data Subject Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by eazywin:

• Right to Access

  You have the right to request a copy of the personal data eazywin holds about you, along with information about how it is processed.

• Right to Rectification

  You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held in your eazywin Account.

• Right to Erasure

  You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to eazywin's legal retention obligations under AMLA and PAGCOR requirements.

• Right to Object

  You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time via your Account Settings.

• Right to Data Portability

  You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and to request its transmission to another data controller where technically feasible.

• Right to File a Complaint

  You have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines if you believe eazywin has processed your personal data in violation of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

eazywin may transfer your personal data to third-party service providers located outside the Philippines — including game content providers and cloud infrastructure providers — where necessary to deliver the Platform's services. Such transfers are carried out only where appropriate safeguards are in place to ensure that your personal data receives a standard of protection equivalent to that provided under Philippine law, including the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Where eazywin transfers personal data to data processors outside the Philippines, it does so subject to binding data processing agreements that impose contractual obligations consistent with NPC requirements for cross-border data transfers.

13 Changes to This Privacy Policy

eazywin reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or eazywin's data processing practices. When material changes are made, eazywin will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The current version of this Privacy Policy is always available on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated terms.
